By accessing or using Akyn (hereinafter referred to as "Akyn" or the "Bot"), you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue your use of the Bot immediately.

2. Description of Service

Akyn is a Discord music bot designed to provide comprehensive music playback and management features within Discord servers. We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue the service or any of its features at any time without prior notice.

3. User Responsibilities

  • You must comply with Discord's Terms of Service & Community Guidelines.
  • You are responsible for any content played through the Bot.
  • You must not abuse, exploit, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Bot's features or infrastructure.
  • You must not use the Bot for illegal activities.

4. Fair Use Policy

To ensure a high-quality and equitable service for all users, we implement fair use limits on certain features. Excessive or abusive use may result in temporary or permanent restrictions on your access to the Bot's services.

5. Bot Availability & Usage

  • Using Akyn in your server does not guarantee permanent access.
  • Features may be changed, removed, or restricted without prior notice.
  • We do not guarantee continuous 24/7 uptime or uninterrupted service, as the Bot may experience occasional downtime for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen issues.
  • The bot may be removed from a server if found violating our Terms or Discord's policies.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses resulting from:

  • Service interruptions or unavailability.
  • Loss or corruption of data.
  • The conduct or content of any third party on the Service.
  • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Bot is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Bot will operate uninterrupted, securely, or be error-free. The performance of the Bot may be affected by third-party service interruptions or limitations.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts located in India.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at our sole discretion at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of any material changes. By continuing to access or use our Bot after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Bot.
